A Little About the Colts

In 1984, the Colts moved from Baltimore to Indianapolis.  Though they have been playing in Indianapolis for quite some time, the Colts still have a lot of history in Baltimore.  After they were started in 1953 in Baltimore, the Colts won 4 NFL Championships, one of which was Super Bowl V, but while in Indianapolis, the Colts won Super Bowl XLI.  When Robert Irsay passed away in 1998, his son, Jim Irsay took over the Colts and took them to new heights.  They are now the first team in history to win 12 or more games in 6 consecutive seasons dating up to 2008.  They are also the first to beat all of the 31 NFL teams, as well as the first to have cheerleaders and a marching band.
